Multiple intelligences

Education which treats everybody the same way, is actually the most unfair education.

In kinderLab we love the theory of multiple intelligences proposed by Dr. Howard Gardner.

We are convinced that teaching based on this model is the best way to fit the individual needs of each child.

Multiple Intelligences theory provides a new way of looking at intelligence and consequently a new way to appreciate the potential of people.

The different multiple intelligences are initially; linguistic intelligence, logical-mathematical intelligence, visual-spatial intelligence, bodily-kinesthetic intelligence, musical-rhythmic intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence and naturalist intelligence.

According to Gardner everyone has all the intelligences but no two people have the same profile of them.

In our workshops we try to develop the unique blend of intelligences that each child possesses.
